Guardians of Madhyamik 2019 & 2020 and Higher Secondary 2019 & 2020 candidates are requested to collect the application form for Caution Money refund from the School office between 1st July 2021 & 16 July2021. The duly filled application form to be submitted to the school office by 30th July 2021.

The application form will not be accepted after the above mentioned date under any circumstances.

Notice for MP’20 mark sheet distribution

Dear parents,

This is to inform you that the mark sheet of MP 2020 will be handed over from school office on 22/07/2020 & 23/07/2020. According to the government circular mark sheet will be handed over to the parents only  and they need to produce the original Admit Card, Registration certificate and one identity proof (relationship proof with ward) while collecting the mark sheet. We request all to maintain social distance and wear masks while visiting the school campus.

As a precautionary measure separate time slots has been allotted.

Dear Parents,

Considering the present situation and request from the parents we have arranged for the online payment of school fees from the month of April 2020 onwards. Although it is optional, you may also pay the fees for the month of April & May 2020 at Axis Bank, Lake Gardens Branch or at School Office by 30th May ,2020 without  late fee or readmission fee. In case of online submission send the fee through NEFT and when you will add payee’s name then in place of payer’ s name mention the name of the student and class and in place of nickname put student’s 6 digit school ID number.The bankaccount details is given below.

A Previous due if any (for the month of March and before) will be settled after the school reopens.

CIRCULAR

Dear Parents,

In view of current situations arising out of COVID-19, the School administrative body have taken a decision to provide some relief to the parents.

School fees for the Month of April & May 2020 can be paid in Axis Bank Lake Gardens Branch/ School Office by 30th May 2020 with no LATE FEE or RE-ADMISSION FEE.

We are also happy to announce that our online classes will be starting soon and the teachers have started uploading the study materials in the ERP.
